If you have ever been on an open audition, the thought of some creepy old guy, who isn’t the director, haunting the rigging doesn’t leave you trembling.
A few tips before I get into the heart of disemboweling birds: a deep skillet; preferably cast iron; is mandatory; only use buttermilk; bacon fat is a great lard; a crunchy vegetable in undercooked; and it is required to taste as you go along, those calories do not count.
