Mad Men on AMC is hot television. There is a sudden desire for all things modern: houses; furniture; good looking men with dark hair and are named Don Draper. In a mad shop right off Main St. you can find some of these most wanted items.

Johnni Nowicki has gambled on downtown and Main St. since opening her store Klassy Kids Consignment. First stop was up in the 700 Block, you know the one not closed off due to construction. Perhaps that shows she is a savvy business woman. With a brand new 400 Block, Nowicki has moved her klassy joint right to the heart of Main St. downtown.

[18] Reflections on Main Street

Walking down Main Street this afternoon there was so much activity. Store owners were finishing up their Holiday window displays, shoppers were peering into the jewelry cases as Bergman’s, downtown workers chatting in small groups as they run into each other, owners playing with their puppies in the park and of course some of our more flamboyant regulars who always wish you a happy day.
